About the Project

SL Building & Roofing needed more than a standard brochure website. The goal was to create a focused landing page funnel that could turn Facebook ad traffic into real homeowner quote requests.

This project was built specifically for lead generation. Every section was designed to move the visitor towards one action only - requesting a roofing quote.

To improve lead quality, we implemented a multi-step form that helps filter enquiries and capture better information upfront, giving the client a stronger chance of turning leads into booked jobs.

Requirements

SL Building & Roofing needed a high-converting landing page that could support paid traffic from Facebook ads and generate consistent roofing enquiries from homeowners. The site needed to be simple, trustworthy, mobile-friendly, and designed with conversion in mind rather than acting as a generic business website.

Challenges

The biggest challenge was creating a page that filtered for better-quality leads whilst still keeping the enquiry process quick and easy enough for paid traffic. The funnel also needed to build trust fast, explain services clearly, and avoid distractions that would reduce conversion rates.

Our Solutions

We designed and developed a dedicated lead generation funnel in NextJS, built specifically for Facebook ad traffic. The site uses a multi-step form to guide visitors through the quote process in a way that feels simple for the user, while also helping qualify leads before they are sent through. We also focused heavily on layout, messaging, trust signals, and mobile responsiveness to give the campaign the best chance of producing strong results.

Results / Stats

£30 per qualified lead from Facebook ads and the first flat roof replacement was booked in week one.
